Refund policy

 Damages and issues 

  • Please be advised that there are absolutely no refunds or exchanges on personalized or customized products.
  • We guarantee our personalized products are free of manufacturing errors or product defects. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. If your order arrives damaged, defective or has a personalization or customization error.  Please contact us immediately to request a duplicate product.
  • For Items delivered by carrier damaged please call us toll-free at 800-401-5584 during our normal business hours Monday - Friday 11 am-7 pm CST or email us immediately at info@sassysipsbytasha.com.  Please include your order number and a photo of the item’s condition in order to request a duplicate product. We address these issues on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution promptly. No duplications are made after 30 days of the initial purchase. No Exceptions!

 Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Please be advised that items cannot be duplicated unless received damaged or with a personalization/ customization error on behalf of us here at Sassy Sips & Personalized Creations by Tasha LLC,  Otherwise, products such as custom orders, pictures, logos, and personalized items are non-refundable or non returnable...NO EXCEPTIONS!
  • To be eligible for a refund or duplicate item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt/invoice or proof of purchase.
  • We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition we will send out a duplicate product or refund. We will notify you once we’ve received notification and have inspected your damaged or defective item to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, or a duplicate product will be created and shipped out within 7-10 business days. Please be advised of your banking institution's refund policy, it can take 3-4 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post refunds.
  • To start a return, you can contact us at info@sassysipsbytasha.com. If your return is accepted, instructions will be given to the customer via email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund or duplicate will not be accepted.
  •  We are NOT responsible for ordering errors made by customers.
