Shipping policy
- All orders are processed & shipped within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), after receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive a second email notification notifying you that your order is ready to ship. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
- Please be advised that large orders and/or custom orders such as our custom seasonal wreaths, personalized baby baskets, and orders of more than 4 glasses per order may take longer to process & ship. Please allow us up to 7-14 business days to process and ship orders. We thank you for your patience.
- We have a Flat Rate Shipping Fee of $10 for local regional orders only, this includes the following Illinois, Indiana, Michigan & Wisconsin.
- Orders placed successfully will receive a confirmation email with your order details, If you don't receive your confirmation email please contact us immediately at 800-401-5584. *Please also check spam folders for confirmation emails.
- When your order has shipped, you will then receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become available per shipping carrier.
- orders not received within 5 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email with a tracking number please contact us immediately during our normal business hours Monday- Friday 11 am -7 pm CST, with your name and order number, and we will assist you.

Please review and ensure that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for delivery issues due to customer error, If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address that the customer provided the customer will be responsible for a re-shipment fee.
- Orders placed after 7 p.m. will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
- Rush Orders and Express Shipping are also available.
- We will not be able to make changes to any order after shipment.
- We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.
- Items damaged during shipment please notify us immediately, all packages are insured and will be duplicated and reshipped
